1. The store available at the Internet address www.b2b.meestergroup.pl (hereinafter referred to as:

online store) is run by Meester Group Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Poznań, Wagrowska 2, 61-369 , NIP7822769523, REGON 368932069; e-mail address www.b2b.meestergroup.eu phone number: (+48) 532 229 476 (charge as for a standard connection - according to the price list of the relevant operator.

2. The online store is engaged in the wholesale of office chairs, gaming chairs and home furnishings.The terms used in the Regulations shall mean: REGULATIONS - these Regulations covering the terms and conditions of use of the online store in the provision of electronic services and the general terms and conditions of sales made between the Customer and the Seller operating the online store. INTERNET SHOP - the Service Provider's online store available at www.b2b.meestergroup.eu CUSTOMER  a Customer who intends to conclude or has concluded a sales contract with the Seller. CONSUMER  in accordance with Article 221 of the Act of April 23, 1964 of the Civil Code, a natural person making a legal transaction not directly related to his/her business or professional activity. ACCOUNT - a set of resources in the Service Provider's ICT system, marked with an individual name (login) and password provided by the Customer, in which the Customer's data is collected, including information about the placed Orders. REGISTRATION FORM - a form available in the Online Store that allows the creation of an Account, which is also an Order Form. ORDER FORM - a form available in the Online Store that allows placing an Order. GOOD - a movable item presented in the Online Store which is the subject of the contract of sale between the Customer and the Seller. SELLER - Meester Group Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Poznań, Wagrowska 2, 61-369 , NIP 7822769523, REGON 368932069; e-mail address shop@meestergroup.eu phone number: (+48)532 229 476 (charge as for a standard connection - according to the price list of the relevant operator. USER - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, who uses the service provided electronically by the Service Provider. SERVICE PROVIDER - Meester Group Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Poznań, Wagrowska 2, 61-369 , NIP 7822769523, REGON 368932069; e-mail address shop@meestergroup.eu phone number: (+48) 532 229 476 (charge as for a standard connection - according to the price list of the relevant operator. ORDER - a declaration of will of the Client constituting an offer to conclude a contract of sale of Goods with the Seller, specifying in particular the type and number of Goods, which the Client may submit after accepting these Regulations.

These Regulations set out the rules for the use of the online store operating at the electronic addresswww.b2b.meestergroup.eu.

The Service Provider provides through the Online Store electronic services consisting of:

• Maintaining an account in the Online Store,

• Allowing you to place an order in the Online Store by filling out the Order Form and make apurchase of Goods under the concluded Sales Agreement;

I. Terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services

1. Provision of electronic services by the Service Provider is free of charge.

2. The contract for the provision of services by electronic means consisting in maintaining an account in the Online Store is concluded for an indefinite period of time.

3. The contract for the provision of electronic services consisting in placing an Order in the OnlineStore using the Order Form is of a one-time nature and expires when the Order is placed.

II. Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the teleinformatic system used by the service provider

1. A computer or other device with Internet access.

2. The use of the online store is possible provided that the ICT system used by the Service Recipientmeets the following minimum technical requirements: a) Web browser that allows the display on thecomputer screen of hypertext documents (HTML) linked on the Internet via the World Wide Web service. b)Internet Explorer version 6.0 or later with Java applet support enabled, or c) Mozilla Firefox version 2.0 or later with Java a p p l e t s u p p o r t e n a b l e d , or d) Opera version 9.0 or later with Java applet support enabled, or e) Google Chrome version 2.0 or later with Java applet support enabled, or f) Apple Safari version 3.0 or later with Java a p p l e t support enabled, g) minimum screen resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels.

III. Terms and conditions for the conclusion of contracts for the provision of electronic services

A. Agreement for the provision of services by electronic means consisting in maintaining an Account in the Online Store.

1. The purpose of concluding a contract for the provision of electronic services consisting inmaintaining an Account in the Online Store is to place an order using the Order Form, which is also the Registration Form. To do so, the Customer should "click" on the Goods selected by the Customer. If the Customer wishes to continue placing the Order, he/she should click the "View Cart and Place Order" box. After completing the above steps, the Customer will be redirected to a page specifying the value of the purchase. Next, choose the method of payment and delivery, which are indicated in point X of the regulations. Then click on the button "Proceed to Place Order" The amount to be paid will also be updated at that time, by adding to it the fee for the selected payment and delivery methods. Next, fill out the Order Form displayed.

2. After that, it is necessary to provide an e-mail address and click on the icon "I want to create anaccount at the time of purchase".

3. The Order Form should be completed with the following data: name, address (street andhouse/apartment number, postal code), e-mail.

4. Failure by the Customer to provide the data referred to in item. 3 result in the refusal to provideelectronic services.

5. Next, you must accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Acceptance of the Terms

and Conditions and Privacy Policy must be confirmed by "clicking" the check-box. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy is a condition for the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of electronic services and the provision of services for the sale of Goods by the Seller. It is also obligatory for the Customer to consent to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of setting up and using the Account of the online store shop@meestergroup.pl and for other purposes of data processing, as indicated therein.

6. Then click the "Order and pay" box. The customer is informed that the order has been accepted for processing at the e-mail address he has indicated, at which point his Account will be created. Thismoment constitutes the conclusion of a contract for the provision of electronic services consisting inmaintaining an Account in the Online Store. In addition, the e-mail address indicated by the Customerwill be sent login data with an individual password, which the Customer should change to his own when logging in for the first time.

7. The creation and use of an Account is optional, voluntary and free of charge.

8. Establishing a Customer Account speeds up the process of placing an order by the User andallows the Customer to use additional features of the www.b2b.meestergroup.eu online store, such as: - orders - allowing the Customer to view the history of placed orders and check the status of theircompletion ,- points - allows the Customer to check the number of accumulated points. Terms andconditions of promotional sales and rules for the exchange of prizes are defined in separate regulations ,- data change -.allowing the Customer to access the provided personal data and to change or delete them, - change password - allows the Customer to change the password to the Account .- logout - allows the Customer to quickly log out of the Account

9. In order to log in to the Customer's Account, click on the "man" icon located in the upper rightcorner of the www.b2b.meestergroup.eu webshop page and enter in the login form the e-mail addressprovided during registration and your individual password to access the Account and click on the "Log in" icon.

10. The details of the Customer Account are available by clicking on the "man" icon located in theupper right corner of the page7 . In order to modify the Customer Account (personal data provided)one should: a) log in to the Client's Account, b) enter the Account by clicking on the "people" buttonlocated in the upper right corner of the page. c) select the "Edit Profile" tab, d) make modifications to the provided personal data using the "Save Changes" button.

11. In the case of a desire to delete data, the provision of which was obligatory (required) in the

course of Registration - see point 3. in a manner that prevents the execution of the agreement with the User, and the User has not made changes to this data - instead, it is necessary to delete the Customer Account; the same applies in the case of withdrawal of consents referred to in point. 5

12. The customer should carefully store his/her login credentials in the Store, so that no unauthorized persons gain access to these credentials.

13. For Customers with whom a contract has been concluded for the provision of electronic services consisting in maintaining an Account in the Online Store, the Service Provider may conduct

sales of goods under various sales campaigns limited in time and quantity. Both the quantity of available goods and the duration are given individually for each campaign. By purchasing goods offered as part of these campaigns, the Client enters into a contract of sale of the selected goods with an obligation to pay, from which he may withdraw under the rules set forth in the Regulations.

14. Participation in the campaigns referred to in item 9 is free and voluntary. The rules for termination

of the contract for electronic services consisting in maintaining an account in the online store are set forth in Section V of the Terms and Conditions.

15.

B. Agreement for the provision of electronic services consisting in enabling the placement of an Order in the Online Store by filling in the Order Form.

1. The Customer selects the Goods of interest by clicking on the picture of the Goods visible on the website of the Online Store.

2. If the Customer wants to continue placing an Order, he/she should click the "Add to cart" box. The goods in the shopping cart are not yet ordered and the Customer has the option to add more goods to the shopping cart, remove the goods in there, as well as cancel the purchase.

3. Then click the "Go to Order" box, after which the Customer is redirected to the Online Store page where the Order Form is located.

4. Subsequently, it is necessary to provide an e-mail address and click on the icon "Shopping without creating an account " or "I already have an account and want to log in " or "I want to create anaccount when making a purchase". If you click on the icon "I want to create an account on the occasion of a purchase ", the procedure for creating an account is described in the section "Agreement for the provision of electronic services consisting in maintaining an Account in the Online Store".

5. The Order Form should be completed with the following data: name, address (street andhouse/apartment number, postal code), e-mail.

6. Failure by the Customer to provide the data referred to in item. 14 shall result in refusal to provide electronic services.

7. Next, you must accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Acceptance of the Terms and

Conditions and Privacy Policy must be confirmed by "clicking" the check-box. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy is a condition for the conclusion of the Sales Agreement and provision of services by the Service Provider. Agreeing to send commercial information is voluntary and is not necessary to place an order in the Store.

8. Then click the "Order and pay" box. The Customer is informed that the order has been accepted for

processing at the e-mail address indicated by the Customer, at which point an agreement is concluded for the provision of electronic services consisting of enabling the Order to be placed on the Online Store by filling out the Order Form, and thus a Sales Contract is concluded between the Seller and the Customer.

9. In the event that the Service Provider cannot perform due to the fact that the goods are not

available, it will immediately notify the Client, who will then be able to withdraw from the contract without setting an additional deadline. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Service Provider will promptly refund any amounts paid by the Client.

IV. Methods and technical means for detecting and correcting errors in the data entered When

placing an Order, until the customer presses the "Order and pay" button (Service Recipient) has the option to modify the entered data on his/her own by using a click on the "Cart" tab. The Customer will then be taken to a page where, in order to delete an item of Goods, one must click the "Delete" button and then select the Goods again and add them to the cart.

Verification, error removal or correction of the Order can also be done by sending an e-mail to the

Service Provider (Seller) at www.b2b.meestergroup.eu or by phone at (+48) 61 635 05 40

After the Order has been placed, a confirmation of receipt of the Order will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the Order, along with a summary of the Order. If an error is detected or intended to be corrected, the Customer has the right to change the Order within 12 hours of receiving the above confirmation. For this purpose, the Client should send an e-mail to the address: www.b2b.meestergroup.eu with the appropriate change instruction, or report it by phone at (+48) 61 635 05 40. After correcting the Order, the Service Provider (Seller) will send an e-mail to the provided e-mail address confirming the changes to the Order.

Recording, securing and making available the content of the concluded sales contract is done by: - sending the content of the concluded agreement to the Customer at the email address provided (emails titled "Order accepted" with an indication of the order number - this applies to Orders placed through the Order Form, by phone via email www.b2b.meestergroup.eu, and by printing and providing the Customer w i t h the Goods with the Order specification and proof of purchase. The content of the concluded contract is further recorded and secured in the Service Provider's data communications system and made available at any request of the Service Recipient.

V. Terms and conditions of termination of the contract for the provision of electronic services

consisting of an account in the online store.

The contract for electronic provision of services consisting in maintaining an Account in the online store, which is a perpetual contract of a continuous nature, may be terminated. The Customer may terminate the agreement by sending an appropriate statement to the Service Provider's e-mail address: shop@meestergroup.pl or in writing to the Service Provider's address (Wagrowska 2, 61-249 Poznan).

The Service Provider may terminate the contract for the provision of services by electronic means of aperpetual nature in the event that the Customer provides unlawful content with immediate effect. The Agreement shall expire 7 days after the date of submission of a statement of intent to terminate the Agreement by the Customer.

VI. Complaints about the provision of electronic services.

The service provider shall take the necessary measures for the proper and fully correct operation of the online store to the extent of current technical knowledge, and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by the customers.

Complaints related to the provision of electronic services through the Online Store may be filed by the

Customer by sending an email to shop@meestergroup.pl or by calling (+48) 61 635 05 40.

It is advisable to provide as much information and circumstances about the subject of the complaint as possible, in particular the type and date of the irregularity and contact information - this will facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint by the Service Provider.

The Service Provider will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 7 days. The response to the complaint shall be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Client or in any other way indicated by the Client.

VII. Conditions for entering into a sales contract.

Announcements, advertisements, price lists and other information about the Goods displayed on the web pages of the Online Store, in particular their descriptions, technical and usage parameters and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract, as defined by Article 71 of the Act of April 23, 1964 Civil Code. The prices of the Goods shown on the website of the Online Store are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are highlighted during the ordering process, and further confirmed in the order summary.

The price of the Goods shown on the website of the Online Store is binding at the time the Customer

places the Order. This price will not change regardless of price changes in the Online Store that may occur for individual Goods after the Customer has placed an Order.

Orders can be placed via the Internet using the order form, as well as at the e-mail address:shop@meestergroup.pl.

Service Recipients with an Account in the online store have the opportunity to place an order using the "To Cart" tab without using the Order Form.

Telephone orders are accepted from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Seller immediately confirms receipt of the order placed by the Customer. Confirmation of receipt is made by sending an e-mail message with an indication of its number, which contains a confirmation of all the essential elements of the order (a list of Goods with their names, price and Customer's data).

Upon receipt by the Customer of an e-mail message, about confirmation of order acceptance, a contract of sale is concluded between the Customer and the Seller, which is valid until the performance of each party, not excluding the provisions and rules on withdrawal from the contract and liability for defects (warranty).

A consumer who has concluded a distance or off-premises contract has the right to withdraw from thecontract without giving any reason within 14 days. After placing an order, the Seller may ask the Buyer to fill out a survey on the site, or send the Buyer an invitation to fill out a survey to the e-mail address provided during the ordering process, in order to examine opinions about the transaction with the Seller, which the Buyer may or may not use.

VIII. Delivery methods.

Delivery of ordered Goods is carried out by courier, personal collection is also possible. The customermakes the choice of delivery when placing an order.

Personal collection of the Goods is possible in Poznan Krańcowa 44, from Monday to Friday from 10.00-16.00.

Delivery costs, if any, are indicated when placing an Order. They depend on the method of deliverychosen by the Customer. When collecting in person, the Customer will not pay any additional fees.

Order lead time is the time the Customer waits for the shipment of the Goods, which consists of the time of picking the Goods and the time of delivery. If the customer chooses the cash on delivery payment method, the order processing time is calculated from the conclusion of the sales contract in accordance with the terms of these Terms and Conditions until the Goods are completed and shipped.

If the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer or electronic payment - from the moment the payment is credited to the Seller's bank account or settlement account until the Goods are completed and shipped.

Delivery time of the Goods depends on the method of delivery chosen by the Customer: courier parcels are delivered within 3 working days as declared by the carrier.

If the Parties have not agreed otherwise, the contract of sale should be executed by the Seller within thirty days after the Customer's declaration of intent to conclude the contract.

If the Seller is unable to perform due to the fact that the object of performance is not available, will immediately, but no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract, notify the customer and return the entire amount of money received from him. Note: After the shipment is delivered to its destination, the customer has the right to examine the condition of the shipment before collecting it from the carrier. If before the delivery of the consignment it is found that it has suffered loss or damage, then the carrier is obliged to immediately establish the condition of the consignment and the circumstances of the damage by protocol. The carrier shall also perform these actions at the request of the consignment addressee (Customer), if he finds that the consignment is damaged.

IX. Payment methods.

The entity providing online payment services and operator of payment cards is PayPro SA Settlement

Agent, 15 Kanclerska St., 60-327 Poznan, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznan Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznan, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.

Note: Complaints arising from non-performance or improper performance of payment processing should be addressed to the relevant clearing agent directly to the e-mail address, using the contact form or by phone-according to the regulations for the provision of electronic payment services of the relevant clearing agent.

X. The right to withdraw from the contract

The Customer, who is also a consumer within the meaning of Article 22, who has concluded a remote

contract, may withdraw from it without giving any reason by making a statement to that effect in writing within 30 days. The deadline for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement expires after 30 days from the day on which the Customer took possession of the Goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer took possession of the Goods. On the other hand, when the contract concerns the provision of services, the deadline for withdrawal expires after 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must inform the Service Provider of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement ( for example, by means of a letter sent by mail to the address: Meester Group Sp. z o.o.ul. Wagrowska 2, 61-369 Poznań or by email at shop@meestergroup.pl) attaching the withdrawal form available at www.b2b.meestergroup.eu.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall return to the Customer all Payments received, including the costs of delivering the Goods (except for the additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by the Seller), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer informed the Seller of his decision to exercise his right of withdrawal from this contract. We will return the payment using the same means of payment that were used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different solution, in any case the Customer will not incur any fees in connection with this return.

The seller stipulates that it may withhold payment until it receives the Goods or until it is provided withproof of their return, whichever event occurs first. The customer is obliged to send back or give the goods to the seller immediately to the address:

Meester Group Sp. z o.o. Zwierzchowskiego 31a., 61-249, Poznań, and, in any case, no later than within 14 days counted from the day on which he informed the Seller of the withdrawal from the contract. The customer (Consumer) shall bear only the cost of returning the item to the Seller.

The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in the case of: when the object of sale is a non-refabricated item, produced according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet hisindividualized needs and also in other cases indicated in Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014 onconsumer rights ( Journal of Laws of June 24, 2014).

Returned goods must be complete, must not bear traces of use and should have the original,undamaged packaging of the manufacturer. The returned goods must be accompanied by the originalsales document, and a completed and signed goods return form. The buyer is obliged to duly securethe returned goods so as to prevent them from being damaged in transit. If the delivered goods are incomplete, or bear traces of use beyond the ordinary management of the thing,shop@meestergroup.pl reserves the right to claim damages from the Buyer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

XI. The mode of complaint procedure of the goods.

1. The seller is obliged to provide the purchaser with an item free from physical or legal defects.

2. The Seller shall be liable for a defect in the goods if it is discovered before the expiration of two

years from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Customer (Consumer).

3. If the sold thing has a defect, the buyer may make a statement to reduce the price or

withdraw from the contract, unless the seller immediately and without undue inconvenience to the

buyer replaces the defective thing with a defect-free one or removes the defect. This restriction

does not have apply if the thing has already been replaced or repaired by the seller, or the seller has failed to comply with the obligation to replace the thing with a defect-free one or to remove the defect.

4. The buyer (consumer), instead of the removal of the defect proposed by the seller, may demand the replacement of the thing for a defect-free one, or instead of the replacement of the thing demand the removal of the defect, unless bringing the thing into conformity with the contract in the way chosen by the buyer is impossible or would require excessive costs in comparison with the way proposed by the seller. In assessing the excessiveness of the costs, the value of the defect-free item, the type and importance of the identified defect, and the inconvenience to which other means of satisfaction would expose the buyer is also taken into account.

5. The reduced price should remain in such proportion to the contract price as the value of the thing with the defect remains to the value of the thing without the defect.

6. The buyer may not withdraw from the contract if the defect is insignificant.

7. If the sold thing has a defect, the buyer may demand that the thing be replaced with a defectfreeone or that the defect be removed.

8. The seller may refuse to satisfy the buyer's request if bringing the defective thing into conformity

with the contract in the manner chosen by the buyer is impossible or, compared with the other possible way of bringing it into conformity with the contract, would require excessive costs. If the buyer is an entrepreneur, the seller may also refuse to replace the thing with a defect-free item or remove the defect if the cost of satisfying this obligation exceeds the price of the sold thing.

9. Notice of defectiveness of the Goods should include: Client's name and surname, the type ofperceived non-conformity together with a description of what it consists in, if possible a photo of the Goods being advertised, and the submission of an appropriate request to bring the Goods into conformity with the contract. Notification should be made by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address shop@meestergroup.pl or in writing to the address of the Seller: Meester Group Sp. z o.o. Wagrowska 2, 61-369 Poznań.

10. A customer who exercises warranty rights is obliged, at the Seller's expense, to deliver the defective item to the Seller's address: Meester Group Sp. z o.o. Zwierzchowskiego 31a., 61-249, Poznań

11. The Seller will respond to the Customer's request immediately, no later than within 14 days. Theresponse to the complaint is sent to the address provided by the Customer or in any other way provided by the Customer.

12. In the case of defective Goods, the Customer's claims are carried out free of charge at each stage of the complaint procedure.

13. In matters of complaints, the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1964 Civil Code, in particular, Article 555 [1] - 576 (Warranty for defects) shall apply.

XII. Personal information.

1. The administrator of the personal data of Service Recipients (Clients) is the operator of the online store, which is the Service Provider (Seller).

2. Personal data of the Client (Customer) are processed by the Service Provider extent necessary to carry out the order, i.e. to establish, shape the content , change or terminate the legal relationship between the Client (Customer) and the Service Provider (Seller).

3. The Service Provider ensures that the personal data of the Service Recipients are duly secured, and the Order and Registration Forms used to transmit this information are protected by SSL security protocol, as a result of which the process of data transmission is encrypted.

4. When processing personal data, the Service Provider (Seller) secures the personal data of the Service Recipients (Clients) against their acquisition and modification by unauthorized persons.

5. After the termination of the service provided electronically, the Service Provider, may process the personal data of the Customer, which are: necessary for the settlement of the service and theassertion of claims for payment for the use of the service, necessary for the purposes of advertising,market research and research into the behavior and preferences of service recipients for the purposeof improving the quality of services provided by the Service Provider, only after the deletion of dataidentifying the Service Recipient, necessary to clarify the circumstances of unauthorized use of theservice.

6. The Service Recipient has the right to inspect his personal data and the right to correct them.

7. The Service Provider is authorized to disclose the personal data of Service Recipients only toentities authorized under applicable laws.

XIII. Final provisions

Contracts concluded through the Online Store are concluded in accordance with Polish law and in thePolish language. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of: - the Act of April 23, 1964 of the Civil Code, - the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014. -the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services other relevant provisions of Polish law. Any disputes arising between the Service Provider (Seller) and the Customer (Client) who is also a consumer within the meaning of Article 22 of the Act of April 23, 1964 Civil Code shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of the Act of November 17, 1964 Civil Procedure Code. Any disputes arising between the Service Provider (Seller) and the Customer (Client) who is not a consumer within the meaning of Article 22 of the Act of April 23, 1964 Civil Code may be referred to mediation, where a third party, which is a mediator or arbitrator helps to reach an agreement without the need to involve the judiciary otherwise they are submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the seat ofthe Service Provider (Seller) .

The Regulations are effective as of December 25, 2014. The Service Recipient (Seller) reserves the right to amend the provisions of these Terms and Conditions while undertaking to publish the consolidated text of the Terms and Conditions on the website of the online store with an indication of the effective date of the amendments, as well as by sending its amended content to the e-mail address indicated by the Service Recipients for whom the agreement for electronic services consisting in maintaining an Account in the online store has been concluded. In the absence of acceptance of the amended Regulations, Service

Recipients may, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the e-mail, terminate the contract for provision of services by electronic means with immediate effect. Changes to these Regulations are binding for both the service provider (seller) and the recipients (clients) within 3 days from the moment of publication of changes on the website of the online store www.b2b.meestergroup.eu.
